How is AEG monitoring this outbreak?
AEG continuously monitors the potential impact of the virus on our employees, customers, and the wider community. The health and well-being of all of our employees and customers is our top priority.
We are implementing proactive measures to sustain our operations and support our clients as we work together to confront the COVID-19 pandemic. Please be assured that we will continue to support all stakeholders and work diligently to adapt to the daily changes to decrease the spread – and most importantly, protect the health and safety of our employees, customers, and vendors.
What is Alliance Employment Group’s response plan with regard to this pandemic?
Travel for employees is currently suspended to all countries stated on the Public Health Agency of Canada.
At Alliance, we implemented a candidate screening form that is mandatory to fill out for all candidates. We are also currently not accepting any candidates/clients in our office for meetings unless necessary.
All our interviews are hosted online to avoid or limit exposure. If required, candidates attending our office MUST follow social distancing protocols during in-person interviews.
How is AEG guiding its employees to minimize exposure at work?
All employees (temporary and full-time) have been asked to contact an AEG representative prior to work if they experience any of the following:

  • Cough, fever or shortness of breath
  • Tested positive for COVID-19 or come in close contact with a person tested positive in the last 14 days
  • Return from travel outside of Canada in the last 14 days

Is Alliance Employment Group actively recruiting candidates?
We are currently recruiting candidates remotely and have set up virtual interview portals for candidates to connect with recruiters and complete necessary documents.
How often does AEG provide updates on this pandemic to its employees?
At Alliance, we ensure that all temporary and full-time employees are constantly updated on this pandemic through email and our dedicated page on the website.
